Snippet has four tracks on this EP. "I'm Peckish" recalls the lighter side of sixties psychedelica, with a Syd Barrett/Sgt. Pepper sound. "Grow A Moustache" uses updated electronic effects, but its nonsense, sing/song lyrics ("I'm going to grow a moustache to look like your girlfriend") is also less than serious.

"Special Kid," with acoustic guitar and flute added to the keys and beats, is a mysterious and haunting instrumental. "Gold Tip Shoes," at six and a half minutes, takes up nearly half the EP. It begins with English accented spoken word and goes into singing, backed by acoustic guitar and gentle rhythms, about a man who buys a pair of shoes. The song however is much better than the bland subject with its melancholy, just waking up in the morning quality.

It's too bad this EP really is a snippet, coming in at slightly over fifteen minutes. Hopefully there will be more to come. Soon.
