Earth Leakage Trip has an eclectic CD here with "Development", a companion album to "Research". The duo of Neil Anthony and Tony LoBue use a lot of elements to develop these ten tracks, including trumpet samples, funk guitar, jazzy electric bass, bongos, and a bit of Latin.

Over There
There are six instrumentals, and four with upfront female vocals. The latter four are more mainstream. “Moonset” has wordless “ah ah” vocals, while the others have hard to understand lyrics. All have nice melodies that are easy to listen to, though.
The instrumentals are generally based on minimalist electric keyboard, with a variety of beats and occasional treated guitar and trumpet.
What unites all these ingredients is the production. Everything is modulated and rounded, giving the music a warm and mysterious feel. Even though some of the tunes are moderately fast, there is a laid back and relaxed vibe overall despite some complex rhythms. This is a good, down to earth trip.
